It can facilitate clients booking themselves with or without staff approval. So even though customers can book themselves it can be set up to always require staff approval. You can set up prepaid credits so clients can leave money on their account and book in against that credit. You can allow rooms to be booked, personnel, rooms and personnel along with equipment - the possibilities are endless!

Schedule+ can work as all by itself as a standalone product or integrated into your already existing website. Even if you don’t already have a website we can create one for you and factor that into the monthly fee.

Website development & Schedule+ integration

  • If you have no website we can work with you to develop one and then integrate it with our Schedule+ product. There is no upfront cost, just the associated monthly fee. First we’ll work with you to create a design at no cost to you then once you’re happy with the produced demo we deploy to the web with the domain name of your choosing and the monthly fee begins. Only if and when you’re satisfied do we move forward. The monthly fee includes usage of the Schedule+ product and full website maintenance and hosting fees.
